Built before the war - is located along the shore line of Radun Lake. Rooms are located above the dining room. In the heyday of the resort was the main accommodation base.  In the years 1997-1998 the facility was modernized, adapting it to modern standards. The dormitory has 27 beds in double and triple rooms (366,10 m2 of floor space). Some of the rooms have balconies leading to a wide terrace overlooking the lake.

On the first floor there is a dining room, fireplace room and a cafeteria.

The boarding house has access to wireless internet.
