A subscription card (a pass) is the property of the client and cannot be returned to COS OPO Wałcz. 2.
The customer may purchase one selected option, as well as any combination of options as required.
The pass is valid for 40 calendar days from the date of purchase:
- 30 days to use available services: swimming pool, sauna.
- 10 days for updating, i.e. buying again any price option for the next validity period. 4.
In the event that a subscription card is not upgraded in time (see point 3), the card is
blocked in the swimming pool cashier system and any remaining funds on the card become unavailable,
which means that they are forfeited to the vendor, and renewal of the subscription with any option
does not restore the lost funds. 5.
One pass may be used by an unlimited number of persons. The amount used (in accordance with the price list of services) is each time

6th Settlement of the time of use of services is made with an accuracy of one minute.
